Subscription and Auto-Billing

By selecting a subscription plan on OurLocalMASS.com, you agree to automatic recurring billing until your subscription is cancelled.

• Billing occurs automatically on your billing cycle renewal date
• Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled before the end of your current billing period
• You must cancel your subscription within our dashboard before your billing cycle ends to avoid renewal charges

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your business dashboard and selecting the cancellation option. Cancellations must be completed before your billing cycle renewal date to prevent automatic renewal.

Once cancelled, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period, after which no further charges will be applied.

No Refunds or Returns

All subscription purchases are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or credits for:

• Partial billing periods
• Unused subscription time
• Cancelled subscriptions
• Any reason whatsoever

Payment and Billing

You authorize OurLocalMASS.com to charge your payment method on file for recurring subscription fees in accordance with your selected plan and billing period.

Responsibility for Cancellation

It is your responsibility to cancel your subscription in a timely manner before your billing cycle ends if you wish to avoid renewal charges. We are not responsible for charges incurred due to failure to cancel before the renewal date.

Agreement to Terms

By submitting payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to all terms and conditions outlined above, including automatic recurring billing and the no-refund policy.
